Shipping policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping options through USPS, or UPS based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
DivineButterfly Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. DivineButterfly Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Shipping Damage:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at customerservice@divinebutterflycollection.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
